Our Philosophy
We are not breeding to a trend.
SunVue Kennels does not simply follow industry trends or breed around whatever happens to be popular at the moment. Fads move quickly; a bloodline does not.
Our objective is continual improvement — every breeding measured against the ones before it rather than against what is currently in demand.

Bloodlines & Pedigrees
Not every bloodline is the same.
Understanding bloodlines and pedigrees is the foundation of the whole thing. We select combinations deliberately, based on the outcome we are working toward — not on a name that happens to carry weight.
We study particular strands and specific pedigree combinations rather than treating every bloodline as interchangeable. Two dogs on paper can share a name and produce very different results; knowing why is the work.
Purposeful Breeding
Every breeding answers a reason.
A breeding should have a purpose behind it. These are the principles we hold to.
Selective breeding
Pairings chosen for a specific outcome, not for convenience or availability.
Limited repeat breedings
Repeating a breeding is a decision in itself, and we keep those deliberately few.
Foundation development
Building a foundation that holds up generations from now, not one season.
Exclusivity
Fewer dogs, placed carefully, so that each one can be given real attention.
Pedigree knowledge
Knowing what is behind a dog, several generations deep, before anything is planned.
Long-term improvement
The measure that matters: is this better than what came before it?

SunVue Kennels values transparency. A buyer should understand who they are dealing with, the pedigree involved, and what this kennel represents — before any money changes hands and long after it does.
Family-Based Kennel
A family kennel, open to newcomers.
SunVue Kennels is family based. We welcome experienced dog owners and people who are new to this and want to learn — the questions are part of it.
Our dogs are ADBA registered.
New to the breed? Ask anything. We would rather answer fifty questions up front than place a dog with someone who was not sure what they were taking on.
